Building on the successful BE PART OF IT communications platform, to elevate the campaign in 2015/2016, we adopted a new approach to emulating a fan’s experience of watching a live rugby Final.
Instead of pointing the camera towards the crowd and capturing their emotions from an obvious third party’s perspective – we thought – what would happen if we were to show what it would be like from a fan’s point of view, taking the notion of ‘being part of it’ to a whole new level.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_single_image image=”3168″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Using a combination of Go Pro and 4K traditional cameras, we captured footage across 8 sources, at both the 2015 Final and London Double Header.
The creative brief was to capture imagery/footage to appear as if it were seen from the eyes of the fan, in first person perspective.
